INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM: PROGRESS IN THE HEART ELECTRO-STIMULATION AND TREATMENT OF HEART ARRHYTHMIA
The Cardiology Society of Macedonia and the Institute for Heart Diseases at the Medical Faculty in Skopje organized this symposium (Ohrid, 1-4 October 1998) where the paper “Life under Stress” was presented (S. Ristanoska, psychologist at the Cardiology Institute in Ohrid, and V. Taseski, instructor in the Yoga Society of Struga and a professional associate at the Institute).
The paper dealt with the causes for occurrence of stress, its consequences on the organism and the modern coping methods from the aspect of psychology and yoga.
