SCIENCE AND SPIRITUALITY AT THE END OF THE 20TH CENTURY
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of yoga in Macedonia (1972-1997), the First Scientific Yoga Conference “Science and Spirituality at the end of the 20th Century” was organized by the Yoga Federation of Macedonia (Ohrid, 6-8 June 1997).
Around thirty papers were presented in the area of yoga and its application in medicine, education, culture of labour, ayurveda, holistic medicine, macrobiotics, acupuncture, philosophy and comparative studies. Participants at this Conference were well-known experts from Macedonia, Greece, Czech Republic, India and Italy.
