Panel discussion BODY-MIND RELATION FROM À SPIRITUAL AND SCIENTIFIC PERSPECIVE June 31 2006, Struga

| The panel discussion was held at the 29th International Yoga Seminar, organized by the Yoga Federation of Macedonia. Besides teacher Pavlos Hassanagas, Blagoja Gorgieski, MD, physiatrist and yoga instructor, and Katerina Naumova, psychologist and assistant yoga instructor participated in the discussion. Their discourses were dedicated to the parallel between yogic and scientific interpretations of the relation between body and mind, particularly regarding medicine and psychology. |

Panel discussion YOGA FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE THIRD AGE 4 April 2001

| The panel discussion was held during the manifestation "A Week Of Yoga" in Skopje on 4 April 2001 in the Centre of Humanitarian Organizations, "Dare Dzambaz". The idea was to open new perspectives and ways of thinking about aging: Can the third age be a time of creativity and wisdom accumulated throughout the years? Are weakness, disease and fear of death only a heritage from the improperly adopted model of thinking? Maybe longevity and clear mind depend on us! |

| A round table discussion on yoga organized by the Municipal Organization of Red Cross in Ohrid and Yoga section-Ohrid was held at the Red Cross on June 1st 2000. The lecture covered the characteristics of yoga, it’s applicability in modern lifestyle and relation to medicine, its influence on stress and it’s correlation with sport, youth education and medicine, especially regarding psychosomatic disorders. |
